Why is everybody going gaga over yoga? Because practitioners say that they feel fit, are more energetic and more peaceful when they practice yoga. Yoga, as we all know, is aimed to unite the mind, the body, and the spirit. It is based on ancient theories, observations and principles about the mind and body that are now being proven by modern medicine. Yoga is being practiced for spiritual reasons, stress management or simply for physical well being.
